Patrick Yoder
Chief Executive Officer
Patrick has over 20 years of experience in healthcare and finance, specializing in driving growth in complex industries. He led the acquisition of Lone Star Attorney Service, improving efficiency and client satisfaction. As an early investor and Chief Development Officer at iScribe Health, he helped disrupt the medical documentation field with AI. At Nobilis Health Corp, as Chief Revenue Officer, he grew revenue from $15 million to $300 million.
Matthew Schaefer
Financial Operations
Matthew earned his B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing his MBA at the Mays Business School. At Osage Capital, he has been instrumental in streamlining underwriting processes and developing scalable models to assess case risk and return potential. He led the development of several financial tracking and automation systems as well as an AI-driven settlement estimator that enhances consistency and accelerates case valuation timelines.
Mahrukh Janga
Accounting
Mahrukh plays a key leadership role in managing Osage’s accounting operations, financial reporting, and portfolio reconciliation. Prior to joining Osage, she served as Director of Operations at Leveraged Receivables Management, where she oversaw financial controls, large-scale lien acquisitions, and compliance-driven process improvements. With over a decade of experience in accounting, healthcare finance, and receivables management, Mahrukh brings a proven track record in optimizing financial workflows and ensuring accuracy across all portfolio activities.
Kristen Burton
Provider Relations
Kristen Burton is a healthcare executive and registered nurse with over 15 years of experience in growth, operations, and provider engagement. She held leadership roles at Nobilis Health Corp., advancing from Physician Liaison to Regional Vice President of Sales, where she led patient care coordination and physician outreach to drive revenue growth. As Director of Business Development at HealthMark Group, she deepened her expertise in health information management. Now Director of Provider Relations, Kristen combines clinical knowledge with strategic skill to build strong networks and deliver results-focused healthcare solutions with a people-first approach.
Syan Barrey
Attorney Liaison
Syan brings over eight years of experience in healthcare administration and holds a BS in Business Administration. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she excels at building relationships within Houston’s Latin community. Her expertise spans healthcare management platforms and patient-provider translation, and she played a key role in growing five corporate and ten franchise Thrive Drip Spa clinics. Syan’s skills drive operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
